Charging Moto G

Hi, I have just bought a Moto g , it only came with a usb charger. Connecting it to my laptop, the charging took quite a while.
I have two other mains chargers, one is for a Galaxy ace, max output 0.7A , and a Nexus 7, max output 2.A
So, is it safe to use the Nexus ? I believe the max the Moto will use is 1.5A ?
Many thanks :)

There is another thread about Moto G and charger blocks, but the gist of it was basically any charger block from about .5 amp and up can be used. The Moto G will limit the input if it is coming from a high output charger (like your 2 amp block). If you are using a low amp then it will just take a while to full charge.

Charging can take a while via USB.

The USB standard covers 2A so either of the other chargers should be fine - though the 2A one will obviously charge a lot faster. If you're worried about the ampage being too high, just check occassionally to make sure the phone's not getting hot.
