Help Charging my tablet

[Android Question]

I plug my charger in, turn of my tablet, wait, 3 hours, 4 hours. nope not working, my tablet is not shwoing the charging icon ( only 20% of the time and even then the moment i touch it, it stops charging)
And then that precious 20% is wasted because if i do use my tablet while charging, it losses power even when the charging icon is on. Sanoma 13 K

Potentially a faulty charger. Does it charge other devices ok? Have you tried another charger.

If it charges other devices without issue or the tablet doesn't charge properly with another charger, you're probably going to have to give the manufacturer a call, sorry.
