Help charging not charging

Hi there got cherry mobile omega hd 2.0 android 4.2.1 problem is phone is charging but is not adding up any charge percentage and the bat life easily drains any recomendations or solutions?

Doesn't sound too good as far as the actual battery goes. If it has a removable battery I'd start looking for a replacement. What you could do in the meantime to get by is use a powerbank if you have one. To find out for sure the fastest way possible try the "spin test."
