Charging Notification

Maybe i'm missing something, but I notice that when I charge my N7, there is no LED notification that its charging. You have to click the power button to see the status. Is there an LED notification that should light up and mine just isn't working or design as is?

Nope. No light on mine either. Just the short on screen display.

Its far from ideal, but I use a widget like this which will at least notify you that it is charging:

I've only had two devices that did this (Flyer and OG Droid). Don't think it's too common (especially without a notification light).

^ Indeed. No LED on the Nexus 7 makes it impossible to have a notification light when charging

Hey, they stuck a Tegra 3 Quad core, beautiful display, and pogo docking pins. Had to save money SOMEWHERE to get it to us for $200.

I met with ASUS on Tuesday at a trade show at the quincy marriott and talked to one of the guys about the problems with the N7. Keyboard and speach to text ... and I saw its big brother! Wow 10.1 inches!

there was another post in the forum somewhere about a dock that's supposed to be available after 08/24.
