Is there a way to turn on and off the noise when you plug in to charge a Galaxy S5?

Hi OhmOxide, welcome to the site!

I moved your thread to the Galaxy S5 forum for more focused help

Mine doesn't make a noise when you plug it in to the charger, never has, just makes a brief noise when charged, might be carrier dependant. Phil

Very interesting that you S5 does not make a sound. Do you get a dialog box pop up?

This phone and other smart phones I have had always have made a small beep when I plug it in to charge. Even with the car charger. For my car charger when it doesn't make that beep I know the car charger has died and needs replacing so I like to hear that beep. Mary
