I bought a Samsung S4 not knowing it was a clone....now the charging port is gone..are ther parts out there for these darn phones???

It depends. If it uses the same board as the S4, there are S4 boards available on eBay. If not, there are microUSB PC-mount jacks available (although there may be a minimum order quantity because the cheapest stamp is more than one jack).
However, unless you have experience soldering to thin film plastic substrate, I'd seriously suggest that you bring the phone into a good repair shop and let them fix it for you, or it'll cost you a lot more to fix what you broke than you'll save by doing it yourself.
