Hello all.
This morning I've been having issues with my Alcatel Pop 4 which I've never encountered before.
I noticed that even though the phone had been charging for some time it had not risen above 50%, so I left it for another hour, came back and found the same, it had not gained any charge, I have used three different chargers, plugged it into my laptop and two other sockets, turned it off and on, took out the battery then reinserted it and still it did not gain any charge.
The inevitable eventually happened, the battery has now died, even though it admirably displayed the battery level to be at 50% for the duration, and now as I am trying to charge the phone anew all that happens is the phone vibrates, the Alcatel logo startup appears, it is then followed by a white triangle with an exclamation mark (which I presume indicates dead battery) and then rinse and repeat.
I am thinking dislodged, damaged or loose charger port, but does anyone have any possible fixes or ideas to what else could be causing it?
Any help greatly appreciated.
