My wife is finding with her Galaxy Tab 3, that even if she plugs in the charging cable while she's using it, it's slowly losing it's charge. Two questions:
1. How in the heck do I check the health of the battery? For a cellphone it's easy, you bring up the dialer and dial in a code that will bring up the battery level. But how do you do that for a tablet? I tried downloading 3 different apps, and they just tell you the percentage charged, not the battery health.
2. Is it possible that even if you have a 2.1 amp wall charger attached that it would still lose power? It's lasting a long time, but if she surfs the web and does facebook for an hour or so, then sits and reads for several hours, it will run out of charge, even with the charging cable attached the whole time.
Thanks for you help!
