Help Charging problem

Hello everyone. I'm having trouble charging my samsung galaxy s3. Whenever I plug it in, it doesn't even recognize that it is plugged in. (No charging LED, computer doesn't recognize it, wallcharger doesn't work) I've tried taking the battery out, blowing on the ports, and cleaning them, yet nothing works. I've tried almost anything but a factory reset. Any other suggestions? Anything would be appreciated! Thanks!

It sounds like you're plugged into a power strip that has the power button in the off position,or,possibly a tripped circuit breaker.

Wouldn't hurt to check/verify.If all else fails,go to one of your service providers locations & troubleshoot w/one of their batteries.

I'm factory resetting right now just to be sure, if that doesn't work then I'll let you know.
Didn't work.. but I ordered this phone from amazon. I have AT&T. Where can I take it to get it fixed or checked out?

I have tried other wall chargers, but not another cable. My friend is going to let me use his to see if it will work before I get my phone repaired/sent off. thanks everyone. :)

you can try contacting samsung directly and tell them of your issue you should be able to send the phone to them directly.
