Ive had a my samsung galaxy tablet 10.1 for about a year now and it has had no problems apart from running slow occacionally but as of two days ago i realised that my tablet isnt charging properly,it will take at least 8 hours to charge it from low battery to 50% which is alot slower than it use to take also last night i left it on charge all night switched off and still its only at 80%. Its puzzling as the charger is the samsung one that came with my tablet and has been working fine. The charging "bolt" symbol still appears like the tablet is still charging but at a snails pace. I would apreciated any ideas why this is happening as it is really frustrating my wife. Unhappy wife=unhappy life.

Could be that the charger cable has deteriorated. Happens. Just get a new charger.
