Hello, I am NOT a phone genius. But I Google everything. But, with this, I'm lost. My husbands phone suddenly went crazy. When we plug it into wall charger or car, (we've tried different plugs and wires) it reboots sometimes and turns off sometimes. Unplug it, does it AGAIN. I tried plugging into blu ray player. It says slow charging BUT it stays on, no reboot, and charges. Why does the slow charging allow this but regular charge reboots? This phone has been a real pain lately, and this is the first of many posts I will have to do. Anyone out there who knows more than me about these phones, PLEASE let me know, as I have many questions. If I go to Metro, they say, $20 , and all they do is a reset. Anyone, please, thank you. We can NOT afford a new phone at the moment as I'm out of work due to a broken shoulder. Thanks in advance.
