Charging Station

So I decided to dish out the $50 for the charging station (has audio out, NOT the HD out). The box states it works with standard phone case, unfortunately that is not the case (no pun intended).

I'm using the silicon case (glossy one) from Verizon and unfortunately i found out the hard way (my phone got scratched) that it doesn't fit.

Anyone else experience this problem? I hate to have to remove the case every time I'm going to place it on the base.

Did you remove the insert? Use your fingernails onthe edge to remove it.

Yeah i had to figure that out too the first time! working great now. Now to get the car dock installed and I'm good

You are welcomed I didn't even know there was an insert till i read it here somewhere, I dont use a case because I have the extended battery so I had not had a neeed just tries it to test the removal.

okay u guys i need sum kinda help... see when i plug in my charger it charges to 65% then 5 seconds latter it reduses to 5% for sum reason... and my phone keeps turning off and the front lights keeps on blinkin... what should i do ?
