Charging xperia z2

Hello folks I'm planning to get the xperia z2 but read lots of negative reviews about the amount of time it takes to fully charge the phone, does anyone know how long it takes to charge?

Never timed it; but it doesn't seem to take any longer than my S3 that it replaced and on the flipside the battery life is phenomenal.

I've never timed it either but I'd guess it takes 2-3 hours to charge from 0 to 100%.
