mu Samsung galaxy ace 2 is not charging says voltage to high and to close task manager what does this mean phone is not charging

Options:
1) Try a different charger (both wall plug and USB cable).
2) If your phone is getting hot take out the battery and let it cool then try again.
3) Soft reset the phone, in case some of your software got corrupted.
4) Try a replacement battery.
5) Your charging circuit in the phone is shot, use warranty as soon as possible.
