I have a Samsung illusion phone and when my phone went dead I tried to hook it up to my charger but it wont charge nor come back on. usually it would show the battery before it comes back on but neither the USB or wall charger will make it come back on. I even bought a brand new charger and it still wouldn't charge. What should I do ?
