Hi.

i am having problems charging my Samsung s3..when i plug my charger in it tells me the same thing as when u connect it to a PC, also when i plug charger in it charges for a little then goes off then on then off continuously and it takes a lot longer to charge when it does decide to charge with out giving me any of the above

I have had similar issues. Try another lead and check for dirt/moisture in the usb port your phone. It doesn't take much to cause that.
