Cheap tablet with the following features:

I know this type of thread has been posted a lot already, but what I'm looking for is a little different

Ever since google released their Nexus 7, I've been dying to get one, until I saw how small a 7" display was , compared to my sister's iPad 2, which is a 10".

So this is what I'm looking for:

Dual Core (Quad core is fine too)
Multi touch capacitive (IPS preferred)
10 inch screen
MicroSD slot
$200 or less
Doesn't matter what OS it has because I'll just wait for google to release 4.1 + butter and install it on the tablet

The Ainol Novos satisfy almost all the above requirements except the 10" screen, so was wondering whether I could get any tablets with the above features

I'd look into an HP Touchpad. You can usually fine one new, or used for that price point. Development is still going strong with Android easily ported to it.

I'm in Canada, so they are all sold out every where, new is not an option anymore, and I would rather not get one used, thanks

I'm not sure about CPU names, like Eken and cortex A9 and A10 but all of the 9.7-10" tablets don't have dual cores, it looks like they are single cores, so they are out, thanks though
