Cheap USA Bluetooth ear piece

I am presently in Florida and see that there are large numbers of cheap $25 and up Bluetooth ear pieces for sale.
I live in Luxembourg and there are various restriction on Bluetooth and therefore the prices are much higher ($100 and up) with very little choice.
I listen for many hours each day to podcasts and I wonder if one of these cheap devises will do a good job for me pairing with my SG NOTE2.

Pairing is no problem but make sure it says it supports "A2DP" for the sound to come through the audio as for music & navigation instructions.

Pairing is usually not a problem. But battery and sound quality would be.
