The shady dude at the AT&T store near me said he'd sell it to me for the $200 commitment pricing as long as I bought $70 worth of accessories. Of course, when I went into the AT&T store they had jack in terms of Captivate accessories and since I'm eligible for an upgrade on August 2 anyways, I figured I'd wait to grab it then and just extend my contract (gotta stay with AT&T anyways since my gf is gonna want an iphone when she's done w her Verizon plan in October).
