well now that Halloween is over...I'm desperately looking for some quick trip or something...any reason to get out of dodge during part of the Holiday Madness before we get booked up or run out of excuses!( Hubby's Mom wants us to go to every extended family Holiday get together of any kind anywhere anytime etc.... So I'll do a quick ski trip or maybe chicago or....I give it as a gift to my boys...on Christmas...then say pack your bags we leave tomorrow!!It's my little sneaky way of getting my own way!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

yes I know it's childish and immature...stomp stomp hiss hiss

It must be nice to be able to get away like that on a whim. Sometimes I feel like I'm going stir crazy being cooped up in my apartment during the little time that I have for myself.

Believe me...I do know what you mean:) I've put in my dues...have had my share of hot dog water soup;)so to speak...no money..crappy job..milk crates for furniture...cheap beer...crazy nights
looking back...some of those day's were the best days of my life!!:D:D

I had roommates back when i was poor a long long time ago, in a galaxy far far away and they used to steal my food ... what little I had of it. :(

I found the only way to keep my roommate honest was to marry her. ;) Oh, she still steals my food, but it's a lot cheaper than a lawyer. :eek:
