Help check network error noticification

Hello,
I had this problem since yesterday.
My phone keeps showing a notification with "please chsck network connectiom and try again.
I have no idea from which app it could be cause the phone has never shown this notificatiom before.
It keeps showing and hiding my keyboard that i cannot type something when its shown up sometimes.

Hope someone can help me i dun want to reset my phone and redownload all the apps
My phone is not root

Does your phone show any network connection in the notification bar or in About Phone?
Have you checked to see your SIM card is properly seated?

did you install or change settings on a battery saver
