Apps check the facebook like

i need a user to like our facebook page before they can use our apps, possible to be done in eclipse java?

Only way I can think to do this is to create a facebook app that provides them with a direct download link once they like your page. This isn't a good idea, however, as it means that the app must be sideloaded (can't be placed in any particular market) and some devices don't support this. Not to mention that most users tend to stay away from sideloaded apps in general as they have a high potential of being malicious.
