So Here's the deal. I flashed the AOKP rom to update my droid 4 to ICS. I hate it. The phone calls don't work, and neither does video recording. So. I went back to the original 2.3.6, and installed cheesecake. Now.. the server is messed up and when I try to update my phone OTA, it says "a motorola account is needed would you like to set one up?" and when i click set up, it says connecting to server and never does anything. WHAT DO I DO?? I reinstall cheesecake and 'click to create proper files' and it says my phone is not rooted?? although i have superuser and rom customizer on my phone, giving me root access. I HAVE used the droid 4 utility to 'unroot' my phone, but it didnt seem like it did anything. I just want my phone back to BONE STOCK so I can install the real ICS. Can someone help me? When I reset my phone it still is in root mode and everything. I want it back to how it came out of the box.
