Lets say I was to buy a phone from lightintheboxdotcom
or a 3g equivalent from one of those sites.

Does that mean, when I put my at&t sim card in I will be charged with a data plan?

Simple question someone must know

Thanks

As long as it says Quadband, I presume so.

Typically, you need to configure your APN on those phone/tablets before it can connect to 3G data network.

Otherwise, I suppose it won't be able to connect to 3G internet until u do this...
