Chinese phone without any software?

[jago25_98]

I just wondered if there's a company out there offering a phone but without android on it already, so they don't have to pay Google or anyone any licensing...

for people who want to flash what like like on it... like CM7.

I know there's some pretty cheap phones out there but I don't think they are aimed at people sourcing and flashing what they like specifically.

All cheap phones who dont have Google apps(Gmail,Maps..) dont pay google for licensing .that can be considered as "Phone without software "
Basically ,you get what you pay for .You buy cheap phone ,you get cheap support .
