Chomp sms and contact picture

I cant get my contact pictures to show up with this app. I did check show contact pictures but still nada. Anyone have this issue?

The pictures you get synced from your facebook and twitter and such are not allowed be used in third party apps. It is a limitation of Android. To get your Contact pictures in it you need to download a free app called Syncmypix. It works perfectly

You might try downloading Handcent SMS... I liked it much better than Chomp and it automatically uploads your facebook contact pictures.

While this might be true it honestly makes no sense. It works in every phone besides the Droid X that I have tried. Eris, Droid, Incredible, Evo, Sprint hero, just not the X.

Also as someone else pointed out it works on Handcent, also they wouldn't have the option if it was to never work. I was thinking they just need to update the app to fix the support on the Droid X.
