Chompsms and textfreek problem

Chompsms + textfreek works great when you have data connection. The problem is when you loose the data connection (say you are in some other country where you don't have a data plan) then you can't send the sms, it fails. Is there a way to tell chompsms to send via normal sms messeging instead of waiting for data connection when sending to people who are in your textfreek list?
