Choppy launcher

I have Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 S7275R and the scrolling is choppy on the Touchwiz launcher when a lot of app icons exist per screen in the app drawer (or when a lot of programs are installed which i don't believe!) The phone is not
choppy elsewhere so it must be the icons of my lot of apps. What should i do to
fix this problem?

Has it always been like this, or just recently? Thing is Touchcwiz is a rather heavy and demanding launcher and the Ace 3 is quite a modest budget phone, 1GB RAM, 1.2GHZ dual core, so if you do go loading it up too much it could indeed lag. Try a lighter and less demanding launcher like Nova instead.

It was okay at the beginning i bought it, after i started installing apps it started
to decrease in smoothness of scrolling. The task killers and built-in android's task killer modifiers didn't helped. They gave more lag instead. What is the real situation with android?

Get a more powerful Android really, one with say 2GB and Quad-core CPU. It's like PCs, higher the specs, the more you can load it up with apps and tasks without it grinding to a halt. You can use a lighter, leaner launcher, that will help somewhat.

Task killers don't help, they really just cause more problems. Android can manage memory ok on its own.

Could certainly try factory resetting it, that will put it back as it came, backup anything important first.

Lighten the load on the CPU and RAM memory. To do that, clear out apps you don't actually use, some may be running in the background. Eliminate widgets you don't use. As suggested, use a lightweight launcher like Nova or Holo. And never use task killers!
