Not sure exactly what you’re looking for, but I use GoTasks. I chose its 2x2 widget which is handy way to enter chores via the droid or PC:

Looking for a chore chart app that can sync, allow me to add/remove chores, check status, approve and reward with points, etc.

As I said, chorepay is the closest I came to what I'm looking for. Only problem is that you have to load REAL money to your "wallet" in order to reward. If I could have skipped the real money options, that would have been a winner.
