Christmas Rush for Pocket PC to Android???

Way back in the early 2000's a company called NDL Software game out with a game for Compaq iPaq's called Christmas Rush. I've been to the play store and seen what some developers are calling Christmas Rush now but they aren't even close to the original. Is it possible to port Pocket PC games over to Android> If so could someone please take a look at this game and see what you can do. It appears NDL is no longer in business so I can't ask them.

Actually almost everythnng about this is dead. If you scroll down after tapping on this past the dead video you'll see an animated .GIF of what the game looked like but it's kind of small. I'll disable the old link.
