Chrome 54 Beta will let you play videos in the background

Background video playback is a highly requested feature for web browsers on Android devices, and the latest version of Chrome Beta has added it.

Along with background video playback, Chrome Beta 54 also supports the latest custom elements V1 spec, the BroadcastChannel API, and more under the hood changes.
