Help Chrome browser question

I'm new to this app. I have a question regarding my Nexus 4 on some web pages on Google Chrome the screen goes to the left and I can't move the page to the center or right what's the deal? Am I posting this question in the right place?

You moved it into the S4 forum instead of the Nexus 4 forum...

Go into "settings" then "developer options" and turn off "enable tilt scrolling."

This should clear it up a bit. Chrome overall is still pretty buggy, and I still get freezes every now and then, but the tilt scrolling thing was a mess for every one.
