I've Googled this problem, but most suggestions refer to desktop Chrome, not Android. Can I start the app with a blank page? Can't find such an option anywhere. Always starts with last page accessed, which is rarely what I want.
If you close out all the tabs before you end chrome, it will just open up either your bookmarks, or most visited pages page. That's the best it can do.
