Help Chrome homepage?

Such a n00b question...how does one set the homepage in chrome on the Nexus 7? Can't find it. Is it a matter of signing into the chrome account? I'd rather not do that.

I'm looking for the same thing.

I know you can do a Google search from the search bar but I like opening my browser to be greeted by a homepage of my choosing without having to mess around in bookmarks.

Was trying to help another user with this the other day and couldn't find it myself. I honestly really prefer the stock ICS browser as it easily gives you that option. But if someone can figure it out for Chrome, that'd be great.

The only way I can find is to longpress a bookmark and then select add to homescreen. When you select it on your device's home screen you can use any browser to go there immediately.
