Help Chrome problem

Hi guys, I've just bought an S4, and am pretty impressed with it so far. I might have found a small problem though: when trying to add a Google Chrome shortcut to the homescreen, I long press on the one I want, select "add to homescreen", I then get the little "shortcut added to homescreen" message, but it doesn't actually do anything, despite having plenty of room on my screens. Anyone else have this problem, or maybe even a solution?

I just went to the Apps screen, pressed the Chrome ap icon until the screen changed to the "add to homescreen" screen and placed the icon where I wanted it. Weird that you can not seem to do the same.

Hmm that is weird - I don't really have that problem! Are you grabbing the icon from the appdrawer or are you trying to use the menu to add it to the desktop?

You need to wait long enough and actually place it on the homescreen and not just hold it.
