Chrome sync questions

I have a Samsung note 8.0 and galaxy note 3. Was wondering how the synchronization works when device are apart.. Example if tablet is at home and phone is 10 miles away or more.. Would the tablet show the Web page I am on my phone when iam that far away.... Just curious.......

The sync is done via Google's servers, so as long as both devices have an internet connection it doesn't matter where they are in relation to each other.
