Help Chromecast and Android phone question

Hi everybody, hopefully I'm posting this in the right area. Once I setup a chromecast can I just cast my screen without needing WiFi (just casting the screen using my lte). Is it possible at all?. It's a zte zmax btw Thank you for the help,

Pretty sure you need the device and the chromecast to be on the same network.. which wouldn't be the case in the situation you've described... but if i'm wrong i'm sure someone else will correct me.
