hello everyone.
In the past three weeks for him had been experiencing the following problem.
I will find a good movie on Netflix, cast it to my television set using chrome cast of ice, and the chrome cast app on my phone, now called "Google cast"
Netflix:
After about 15 min., my phone will lose connection with Comcast, and I will lose control of what is being casted. The movie will still run on my television set, I just have no power to pause, fast-forward, stop, or rewind it from my Moto X pure.
Chromecast:
This problem is even more troubling, when I'm casting something from HBO, in which case the broadcast just stops, and I have to disconnect from from the chromecast on my phone, open the movie again on HBO, and reconnect to the chromecast app all over again. This happened three times during one movie on HBO.
does anyone have any ideas, or fixes for this problem?
thanks!.
I am getting exit any high-speed Internet, and using an Arris modem, with 2.5 GHz wireless.
There is one other wireless extender in the house, and I haven't changed any settings or hardware around the time that this problem happened. I'm almost positive it is software-based.
Thanks!
