[elliot_carver]

Hey Hi there, Im new here been using Android for a while but I have recently been running into problems with a Cisco Cius.

Long story short, Cisco no longer support the Cisco Cius, so I want to intall a newer OS but to do that I need to root it, does anyone have any ideas how to do it as Google brings me a nothing.

Hoping someone here might be able to help me

Elliot.

What the hell is that? Could be why you can find nothing. I consider myself to be pretty well read on most android devices, and that's a new one....Even IF you manage to root, do you build your own software? I can almost guarantee you won't find a custom ROM.

Just googled it, sorry, but not a chance that will be supported. It wasn't designed to be a consumer device.
