I use MalwareBytes for occasional scans. Stay away from any cleaners or battery optimizers! They're all snake oil!

SD Maid along with a cache wipe in recovery once a month. MalwareBytes when in doubt.

All I can suggest is, stay away from Clean Master.

I haven't installed any antivirus or cleaner for the last 3 phones and 2 tablets. Never had any problem.
