Root Cleaning up a rooted phone

I've had my phone rooted for awhile but recently the battery life has been extremely bad (6 hours between charges) so I want to remove programs to see if it works any better. The problem I'm having is I can't remember which programs depend on each other and I'm afraid to remove something in the wrong order.

The only actual root program I'm running right now is SuperSU, Exposed framework/installer and busybox. If I want to remove Busybox and Exposed does it matter what order I do it in?

Also I'm still using Dalvik as my run time because I thought Busybox or Exposed didn't work with Art. Is that still true? Once I get it cleaned up I'd like to switch over to ART and see if that makes any difference before I start reinstalling the apps I actually want to use.

That's a shame. There's tons of factors that would explain what is causing that battery drain and switching to art really isn't going to make a difference if you'll still have the same setup as the one running on dalvik. Xposed and busybox are just apps that install libs for other apps to use. It doesn't matter which way you uninstall them but the point is these aren't the offending apps.

Did you try using a battery monitoring app (better battery stats)? The system's battery stat doesn't show a lot but it might show an app that might be causing the battery drain.

I'm just removing everything, I had tons of other apps installed that I wasn't worried about breaking if I removed and already cleaned out. I very well may have already removed the problem app but just want to get down to the bare basic's before starting over. Thanks for your help.
