cleaning up your contacts app ?

is there an app that can do the following:

remove the +44 from all my numbers and change it to a 0?
remove any spaces that are in my numbers ?

I have seen a few but most dont do that.

Don't know of any apps that could do this. But if your contacts are sync'd with Google, you could export them to a CSV file and do find & replace using regex with an advanced text editor (Notepad++ is one I like).
