Clear Data in Settings

I have a GT-S5830 Samsung Galaxy Ace with Android 2.3.6.
Recently, I got a notification of low memory space.
So i did "Clear Data" in Settings.
All the Alarm, Notification and Phone Ringtones have disappeared.
Please Kindly look into the matter and suggest what I can possibly to do reverse it.
My phone is not rooted. And I don't want to root my phone.

You can't do anything at all without rooting the phone. Apps that recover deleted files require the phone to be rooted.

In the future, back up everything, and back up the backup.
