Help clear history

Samsung Note 8.0: how do I clear search history on internet browser?

Tried Goggled suggestions but can't find the final step on two different suggestions. Tried to follow your threads, but after checking one of the 5 offered, I'm returned to Post New Thread without the suggested threads. So I don't know if this is answered somewhere or not.

I'm new to the Note and new to support forums. Somebody help!

You are using the default browser right? Just tap manu (bottom left corner)->settings->privacy & security->Clear history. At least that is how i do it on my device. Got stock Android now.

That's the same problem I've had with other suggestions. There's no menu in the bottom left corner of browser...no menu anywhere I can find, within the browser...which went to history first, but I can't get back there now. I closed out page I opened (Yahoo home page) and got about:blank which is just that--blank!

Closing and re-opening browser (default one, yes) takes me back to about:blank.

I'm befuddled.

Samsung resolution--the menu button y'all were talking about is on the TABLET itself, not the screen! We novices really are hopeless! Anyhow, that actually does work so I thank you.
