Clearing 'Ongoing' and toggles from Notifications in XWMS2 NeatROM Lite v5.6 Aroma

Hi,

Could anyone suggest a mod for getting the annoying 'ongoing' section from the notifications dragdown in XWMS2 NeatROM Lite v5.6 Aroma on Galaxy i9100?

I would also like to be able to clear the toggles from this area if possible, as removing all toggles from this area results in an empty space where toggles would normally be, so the space is not freed up for notifications.

I have settled on this ROM as various incarnations of Cynanogen and Ressurrection Remix ROMs all have had a problem with my bluetooth headsets when using skype, whereas with this ROM it works OK.

Have you tried pressing the BT symbol in Skype to transfer it to BT?

Yes I tried that when I had that ROM. Still curious about that, but at least it works with this NeatROM. The problem with this ROM is the notification space now.
