Clip Tray?

Is there a Clip Tray on this phone and, if so, how do I access it?
So far I can only paste the last item copied.

I downloaded Clipper from the Play store. I'll be honest--I haven't used it yet but it got good reviews.
I've always had LG phones so always had clip tray as part of the phone, I guess.
I'm really liking my first HTC phone (my last two LG phones did the infamous reboot loop thing so no more LG for me! I don't need any more expensive paperweights!)
