Help Clipboard

I hope this is not a stupid question but I have never been able to find the "clipboard" in any of my devices. I know how to copy and paste and that when I copy a link it is saved to the clipboard. My question is this : Is there a way bring up that clipboard in the same manner as opening an app and see what links I have stored in it?

Hang on a sec....I can view the contents of my clipboard without an app. I'm a little confused. Perhaps it's dependent on the device and/or Android version?
When I copy a link in the browser for example, the clip tray opens, then closes, but a little arrow is available to click on to open the clipboard (clip tray) again.

I'm on android version 5.1.1 and that is why I'm wondering ;)

Must be the android version. I'm on 5.0.2 and this does not work for me. Not an issue though as I purchased and installed Clipper+. Thanks for the info though anyway.

Aha! Thanks for solving the mystery of why my ex-LG had multi-clip built- in but my newer Samsung does not, hence my return to Clipper.
