Help Clock problems

I have a galaxy s4 and I just updated to the lollipop. Problem is, whenever I try to open the clock app it keeps crashing saying "Unfortunately, Clock has stopped". I tried clearing the cache and data but neither worked. Please help

Hi @airwick, and welcome to Android Forums :)

I've moved your post into the Samsung Galaxy S4 subforum so we can see if anyone else is having a similar problem since the upgrade. :thumbsupdroid:

And forgive me for asking, but have you rebooted the phone? That can sometimes break the cycle. :D

You say that you cleared cache and data - for the Clock app I assume?

I ask because I found an S3 thread discussing a similar post-update Clock crash, and the fix was to clear data/cache. If that doesn't do any good, I'm probably going to have to leave this for someone with an S4 to help out. :)

I'm having the same problem! I've had to download clock apps to use as an alarm clock. I've tried rebooting, clearing cache - nothing works!
