Clock Widget - Wrong time and notfication

Hi,

For some reason whenever I start my phone up or move to the clock
widget, it starts 62mins behind, then flicks forward. Is this meant to
happen? Anyway to stop it.

Also, I keep getting notification to set my current time, so I pick my
location and it goes away, but then comes back again!

Mine does this all the time and I'm sure its meant to not sure if it can be changed but I see it as the clock just updating and find it pretty cool, as for the location have you tried opening the clock so then press menu and set the location from there maybe it will save your settings.
