Please try Weather Widget, it is free to download. Or you can download it on android market, search Weather Widget, developed by Gmobilesoft.

Description:

Enter locations you would like to follow (1 widget per location) in English.
Click on the weather icon to display weather for the following 4 days.

If you're going to try Fancy Widget then you should use the old version. Due to an infringement by Fancy Widget they were forced by HTC to redo the UI and it's ok but it doesn't look the same. I have the old version which I find more suitable.. I also use the Weather & Toggle Widget.
